Our Deep tissue massage works to relieve tension on the deeper layers of muscular tissue in the body. This massage also incorporates servel effective methods for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, past lingering injuries, and removal of scar tissue. Due to the nature of deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you are working within your comfort level.

Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that have been released from deep within the tissue during the session.
